- No retinol, exfoliants, or active ingredients on the area for 7 days prior.
- Stay hydrated—healthy skin responds better.
- Refrain from alcohol or blood thinners (like aspirin or fish oil) 48 hours before.
- No fake tan or lotions on the area on the day of treatment.
- If prone to cold sores, take preventive medication for lip/areola treatments as prescribed.
Immediately After Your Treatment
- Redness, slight swelling or sensitivity is normal and should settle within 24–72 hours.
- Do not touch, scratch, or pick at the treated area.
- Apply provided healing balm or sterile barrier cream as directed.
- Avoid swimming, saunas, and intense workouts for at least 7 days.
